Please note:

Any data supplied will be kept on the database held by the Membership Secretary, with copies available to other Committee Members. We use this information for sending you news of our activities including copies of Waymark. We do not hold members’ financial details. We may collect photos and videos of members and guests taking part in our events. Photos of members and visitors taking part in events may be included in the Greyfriars Newsletter, displayed in the Centre and may be used in press releases and articles to promote our Society. We will not identify anyone in a photograph without their permission to do so. Greyfriars, where we hold our evening meetings, also collects and retains CCTV recordings for security. CCTV recordings are shared with the police at their request.
